Offset and digital printing - which one do you need?
Offset printing uses printing plates and is the most economical choice for medium and large quantities, such as school diaries, notebooks, answer sheets and books. The setup cost is spread over the whole run, so the price per piece drops as quantity goes up.
Digital printing needs no plates, so it suits short runs, personalised items and urgent jobs - for example a few certificates with different names, a single copy of a book, or a small batch of booklets. If you are not sure which is cheaper for your quantity, tell us the quantity and we will advise.
