These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Shaheen Printers & Graphics website, printing rate calculator, online shop, and related services (the "Service"), operated from Office #58, Hadia Haleema Center, Urdu Bazar, Lahore. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Orders and Quotations
- Prices generated by our printing calculator are estimates based on the specifications you select and are subject to confirmation before production begins.
- An order is confirmed only after you submit it through the website, calculator, shop, or via WhatsApp/phone, and it is accepted by our team.
- We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order â for example due to incorrect pricing, unavailability of stock/material, or inability to meet the requested specifications.
2. Custom Printing Work
- Many of our products (admission forms, diaries, certificates, bill books, etc.) are custom-printed to your specifications. Please check design, size, color, paper, and quantity carefully before confirming, as custom orders cannot always be modified once production has started.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of content, artwork, and text you provide for printing. We are not liable for spelling, design, or content errors present in material supplied by you.
- Minor variations in color, paper shade, or cutting size are normal in bulk/offset printing and do not constitute a defect.
3. Pricing and Payment
- All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without prior notice.
- We currently accept payment via bank transfer, JazzCash, and EasyPaisa. You may be asked to upload a payment receipt for verification.
- Production of custom orders typically begins only after payment (full or advance, as agreed) has been confirmed.
4. Delivery
Orders may be collected from our shop or delivered, depending on the option chosen at checkout. See our Shipping and Delivery Policy for details.

6. Website Use
- You agree not to misuse the website, including attempting unauthorized access, submitting false information, or using the site for any unlawful purpose.
